Brand Partnerships Coordinator, EMCEE

EMCEE, a shopping platform that helps influencers and content creators monetize their talent, is looking for a full-time Brand Partnerships Coordinator.


A few things interested candidates should know before we get into details:  

  • In this role, you’ll be able to help build a start-up from the ground up, so you should be willing to dream up ideal partnerships, and be comfortable speaking to brands about the company and its mission on a daily basis, along with presenting information, fielding questions, and following-up diligently to onboard as many brands as possible to this new platform, as efficiently as possible.

  • This full-time, remote role will report to the Director of Partnerships. Residing in NY or LA (where EMCEE is based) is a huge plus.

  • Since you'll be joining a fast-growing company at its early stages, this role can evolve to fit your goals and skills specifically. As the company grows, so will your role. 


Job Description:

The primary role of the Brand Partnerships Coordinator is to facilitate the onboarding of brands to the EMCEE platform through calls, education, and relationship building. The ideal Partnerships Coordinator is a motivated self-starter, a confident speaker on Zoom calls, and a proud ambassador of the EMCEE brand. Candidates should be excited to join a start-up from the ground up and willing to dream up ideal partnerships. 

The person selected for this role should have been comfortable speaking to brands about our company and mission on a daily basis, presenting information, fielding questions, and following-up diligently to onboard as many brands as possible to this new shopping platform, as efficiently as possible. Candidates should have an understanding of the influencer/social media/social commerce or e-commerce arenas and a rolodex of relevant contacts!


Requirements:

  • Excited to work in a fast-paced startup office environment.

  • Must be a confident speaker in video calls.

  • Well-organized in scheduling multiple meetings with multiple people at once.

  • Comfortable juggling a variety of tasks in a single day.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and hyper-efficient on email.

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Passionate about relationship building and communication.

  • Understands the current influencer marketing landscape and e-commerce.


Time Commitment & Salary:

  • This is a full time remote role.

  • Salary range: $65,000-$85,000 (open to negotiation)
